WHAT’S IN IT
- 1 ⅓ oz Mi CAMPO Tequila Blanco
- ⅓ oz Agave Nectar
- 1 oz Egg White
- ⅔ oz Aperol
- Top with Ruffino Prosecco
HOW TO MAKE IT
Add all ingredients except the Prosecco to a shaker and shake vigorously. Apply double strain and serve in a chilled old fashioned glass. Top with Ruffino Prosecco.
