Spicy Peach Ranch Water

If your Ranch Water could use a little more personality, start here. Fresh peach adds just the right amount of sweetness, jalapeño brings the heat, and a Tajín rim ties it all together. Finished with sparkling water and Mi CAMPO Blanco, it's a crisp twist on a Texas favorite that refuses to play it straight.

WHAT’S IN IT

1.75 oz Mi CAMPO Blanco
1 oz Peach Nectar
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2-3 Fresh Jalapeño Slices
Sparkling Water
Tajin 

HOW TO MAKE IT

Rub the rim of a highball glass with a lime and dip it in a small dish of Tajin. Gently muddle the jalapeño slices in the bottom of the glass before adding ice. Add lime juice, peach nectar, and Mi CAMPO before topping with chilled seltzer. Stir lightly and garnish with fresh lime and peach slices.
