WHAT'S IN IT

  • 1 ½ oz Mi CAMPO Blanco
  • 1 oz Orange Liqueur
  • 1 oz Cranberry Juice
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 Slices Fresh Jalapeño
  • 1 Rosemary Sprig

HOW TO MAKE IT

Add jalapeño slices to a cocktail shaker and gently press with a muddler (don’t fully muddle — you want brightness, not heat overload). Add tequila, orange liqueur, cranberry, and lime juice. Add ice and shake for 20-30 seconds. Strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a rosemary sprig, cranberries, and/or a jalapeño float.
