Combine all ingredients in a mug and garnish with a slice of orange and a cinnamon stick.
To make the hibiscus spiced tea, add two cups of dried hibiscus petals and three cinnamon sticks to two quarts of boiling water. Simmer for five minutes and strain. Add two additional quarts of cold water to the mixture to make one gallon of tea. Tea may be prepared in advance and refrigerated for up to one week.
