The devil's in the details on this one. Cassis brings a sweetness that could almost pass as innocent, until ginger beer and Mi CAMPO Reposado show up with the spice. It earns its name the moment you take a sip. Hosting a group? Shake and strain the tequila-cassis-lime mix ahead of time, then top individual glasses with ginger beer to order so it stays fizzy.

WHAT’S IN IT

• 1 ½ oz Mi CAMPO Reposado
• ½ oz Créme de Cassis
• ½ oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
• Ginger Beer

HOW TO MAKE IT

Add all ingredients except for the ginger beer to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until the shaker becomes frosty. Strain into a Collins glass with ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with seasonal berries.
